Naila S. Author Profile

I’m Naila S., a registered nurse, wellness consultant, and writer. I created this blog as an honest reflection of my journey—and as a support system for yours.

My path to wellness wasn’t straightforward. During high school, I went through two to three years of deep mental stress and anxiety. Those challenging times shaped who I am today: resilient, empathetic, and fully committed to helping others heal from within.

I found purpose in nursing—a career that lets me make a real difference in people’s lives. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Khyber Medical University (KMU).

Right after, I completed my clinical internship at Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC), and currently work as a staff nurse at Shifa International Hospitals Limited.

How Writing Became Healing

While studying in nursing college, I started freelance writing to support myself financially. What began as a necessity turned into a passion. Writing became my outlet—a way to process my emotions, share my voice, and connect with people going through similar struggles.

It also sharpened my ability to communicate with clarity and compassion, something I now carry into every blog post and consultation session.

My Mission Through Simply Zen Living

This blog is an extension of everything I’ve lived, learned, and continue to explore. I use this space to share:

  • Self-care tools that fit real-life schedules
  • Productivity habits rooted in mindfulness, not pressure
  • Recovery and mental wellness tips from both personal experience and professional insight
  • Stories and reflections to help you feel seen, supported, and inspired

Whether you’re dealing with overwhelm, building better routines, or just craving a more conscious way of living—you’re not alone. I’m here to walk that path with you.
