Hey there! I’m Naila, a registered nurse, wellness and recovery consultant, and the creator of Simply Zen Living, a space born from my journey to heal and live with intention.

After feeling stretched thin by modern life, I turned to practices like cold therapy, Pilates, light healing, and mindful routines to restore my energy and peace.

Now, I share those science-backed tools with others who are looking to reset, reconnect, and feel better from the inside out.
